I graduated from Ulster University in 2018 with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy and went on to complete my Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2019.

My postgraduate studies focused on the diagnosis and treatment of complex sports injuries. Through my masters, I also had the opportunity to complete research in the diagnosis and management of chronic ankle instability.

I’ve been working full time in Lisburn physiotherapy and sports injury clinic since 2019, attaining necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to effectively manage musculoskeletal issues in the spine, lower limbs and upper limbs across all ages groups.

Outside of Lisburn physiotherapy I have had opportunities to work as a physiotherapist for numerous elite level sports organisations such as Hockey Ireland and the Irish Football Association. This has given me experience in managing athletes’ injuries as they prepare for competition both domestic and international settings.

When you come to see me, I’ll take the time to understand your needs - whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving performance, or simply moving pain-free through day to day activities.

I enjoy investigating and identifying the root cause of my patients’ issue and putting together a tailored rehabilitation program that is specific to their needs. I also use a wide range of hands-on techniques to help relieve pain and symptoms, aiding in your rehabilitation process.
