Sarah joins Lisburn Physiotherapy after qualifying from the University of Worcester in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
Born and bred in Lisburn, Sarah has excelled in sport. She competed on the GB U23 rowing team and was a full time athlete at the Leander Club Henley on Thames as part of the GB development pathway.
As well as rowing, she is a keen runner and is passionate about regular strength and conditioning.
Sarah has gained experience in all soft tissue injuries, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle rehabilitation.

Sophie qualified from University of Liverpool with a First Class Honours in 2018. After graduating as a Physiotherapist, she pursued a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Tampa, Florida to help develop her knowledge and practical application of Exercise Prescription and Strength and Conditioning principles. Sophie specialises in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy with a special interest in Pain Science.
She has worked in a variety of settings such as the NHS, private practice and elite sport environments. She has spent the last three winter seasons in St Anton, Austria and Niseko, Japan working as a Physiotherapist and massage therapist.
She has spent the summers working with the Women and Men’s British Wheelchair Basketball Team in England and at international competitions and is going to the 2024 Paris Paralympics. She also works alongside the Irish Football Association with the U15 Women’s Development Squad.

Craig graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2021 and has recently completed an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine in from MMU with a dissertation in prevalence of low back pain in hockey players.
Craig joins his brother Ryan in the practice! He has represented Ulster and Ireland in hockey through U16 to U23 level. He joins James, Ryan, (and his dad) at Lisnagarvey Hockey Club.
Craig specialises in rehabilitation of spinal, hip and shoulder injuries. He also has a keen interest in paediatric physiotherapy and its rehabilitation, and has particular experience in hip injuries having had surgery himself in 2017!

He has completed his Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Ulster University in 2019, with a special interest in diagnosis and management of Chronic Ankle Instability.
